Shipping and Returns Information

Suck It Up Straws uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should anything go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Suck It Up Straws cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

You will receive a confirmation email from Suck It Up Straws  to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Suck It Up Straws advising of fulfilment and that your order is on its way. If you have selected Standard Shipping $8.95/$11.95 an email will be sent with tracking information. 

tandard Shipping $3.00 is Post (if your products fit into an envelope size parcel we will use this (unless suggested otherwise by purchaser). This is to keep costs down for the purchaser. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at sales@suckitupstraws.com.au with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

If there is a delivery failure not caused by Suck It Up Straws (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Suck It Up Straws can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.

The below processing and deli very time frames apply to in-stock items only. Please allow up to 20 business days for the delivery of backorder items.

Please be aware there may be some delays during and following any sale/promotional events and any exhibition’s we attend throughout the year.

International Shipping

International postage charges are determined by the zone your destination country belongs to.

We are able to ship internationally via Australia Post/EMS or DHL Express International. Upon checkout, you will be provided with the relevant options once you have entered your address.

Australia Post/EMS divides the international delivery network into zones, based on delivery costs and speed. Each zone has its price point. The zone structure Australia Post uses depends on the weight of the item being sent. Our website will calculate weight automatically and provide you with a shipping cost to your address.

Please note: The purchaser is liable for any duties/taxes/fees payable in the receiving country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If an item is returned to us due to refusal of the purchaser to pay their local custom duties/taxes/fees, the order will be refunded once it is received back, less the shipping costs for parcel to be returned to us.

RETURN POLICY

 

 

If you do not believe the product you have received is what has been as advertised, please email us with proof of purchase and reasons 30 days of purchase. We will endeavour to assist with the finding an agreed upon solution. If we are unable to assist, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

If you are unsure how to use your item correctly please contact us to confirm as customers will be responsible for any return postage costs for any items ordered incorrectly.

No returns and exchanges will be accepted for items that are not in a merchantable condition. All items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition.

To exchange or return your item, simply send us an email and send the item back to the below address. Please include your Order Number (as specified in your Order Receipt).

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind exchanges and refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for returns or exchanges due to the incorrect item/s ordered. If you are unsure which item best suits your vehicle, please contact us.
  • We must be contacted of a fault/damage within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. When exchanging or refunding a faulty or damaged item, we will refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s or provide a prepaid return label.
  • Photo evidence of the fault/damage may be required before an exchange or refund will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate evidence of any issues before returning the product for an exchange or refund. We may request additional information or evidence to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
  • If your product is assessed as not faulty or damaged due to inappropriate use, we have the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
  • We will not provide a refund for free/bonus items.
  • Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender’s address and our address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.
  • We do not provide refund on any postage costs paid.
  • Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered for your exchange or return to be processed. We will credit your original payment method. Once your exchange or return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided with your original order.
